We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist by delivering personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.
Duties
- Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each client.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities to promote mental stimulation.
- Observe and document client behavior, reporting any significant changes to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living environment to ensure a safe space for clients.
- Administering errands to support client needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred.
- Ability to follow service plans effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving clients safely.
- Certification in CPR.
- Driver’s license required
- MUST live and be located in the STATE of Indiana.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
